Meditative Art & Journaling is a mix of art and meditation. The practice is designed to help you relax, feel present and connect with yourself. You will learn how to put down thought and feelings in visual form. We practice a variety of meditation such as, breath meditation, guided meditation, visualization and mindfulness.
